I feel very happy about the start of this blog.This will create a great chance for the cadets as well as the Offiers & NCOs to get closer by sharing their view in NCDCC.I hope that this year will be the year that we start anew.Let us all play our part,and bring the unit into higher level.Also let us be together,so that we can prove to other that NCDCC will be standing tall all the way.Actually what i want to see in NCDCC is that we can work and train as a team.We leave no one behind ,and we go forward togther as one.No one could break the bond between us.That what i want to see.But what i see now is that malay are the malay,chinese are the chinese.This is not a good sign.I hope all of you could break the barrier and be good friend as well as good team-mate between one and another.Also i hope to see more Pro-active cadets.Voice out your view,Don keep it to yourself.As you all are all NCDCC cadets ,you all are in civil defence but i don see any fire in your eye now.
But don wori,as i said we leave no one behind,if you have the will ,we will have the way to help you.
