SNCO Is Here

Congrat to all the 7 NCO which is now promote to SNCO.So now they are no more Sergeant they are now Staff Sergeant.On the 4th to 7th of June all 7 NCO went to HTA for their SNCO course.They have leadership training as well as footdrill training.Of course they also have CD knowledge training.Also they also get lot and lot of push up.But after the four day of coursethey fonally pass out as a Staff Sergeant.So Cadets do address them as Encik for male SNCO and Mdm for female SNCO.They will lead you all better and will bring NCDCC to a whole new level.So Cadets do work with them.They are your SNCO.
