today training better dan before la
but hor still can improve lei.
today got the do wad mindmap thingy and interview thingy during training luh.
den got some common probs listed by them..

-they dun like wear unniform.. den they suggest wear pt-kit unless got speciu thing.
i quite agree la.. cos can do everything easier without wearing the uniform.. >.<

-they suggest more PT~~ meaning they do the drills till sian liao..
so muz change something lor i think.. shld do PT la.. sing songs la.. build teamwork!
like the OBS liddat. den for now we can ask zaki to be IC for PT la. since the sec 4s dun have much to do.. den if sec 4 liao still never do something like IC for PT or a small squad for like few trainings den like sec 4 oso no use.. like sec 2s or 3s liddat. they shld have an more active role!~~

-we shld have more camps!!! besides having sec 1 camp when we are sec 1 and organizing sec 1 camps.. y not have a annual camp?? i dun really mind combining the sec 2s and 3s la.. or sec 3s and 4s. cos the ppl quite little oso.. but at least shld have some camps ma.. or else holiday oso dun have much fun activities..

-i think hor.. all ncos and sncos and clt hor. shld meet up in store ealier to discuss wad we suppose to do for the training la.. if not always blur blur den anyhow anyhow.. or else the whiteboard in the store oso no use.. -_-
