Litespeed and Cadets to help out Sec 1s and 2s

Dear Cadets,



Please note that a workbin has been created for Sec 3 NCDCC cadets.


The workbin will contain lecture slides for Sec 3s and also lecture slides for Sec 1 and 2.

The reason for having Sec 1 and 2 lecture slides in the workbin is because you will need to revise the information you learnt. For this year, the Sec 3s will be utilised in helping/teaching/guiding the Sec 1s and 2s for various lessons, for example, 1st Aid, Fire Safety, CPR, Campcraft etc...


The 1st session is "Uniform Manners" for the Sec 1s on 19th Feb. I will need at least 3 cadets to teach them about this. The slides are uploaded to the workbin.

I would prefer if Sec 3 cadets approach me personally if they wish to help out with the following lessons:

Sec 1s:

1. Uniform Manners
2. Campcraft (Knots and Lines + Dome Tent)
3. Fire Extinguisher and Fire/ Water hose reel
4. First Aid
5. Fractures
6. Haemorrhages
7. Soft Tissue Injuries

Sec 2s:

1. CPR
2. Stretcher Drill
3. Improvised Stretchers
4. Emergency Methods of moving casualties
5. Rescue in Confined Space
