Dear Sec 2 Cadets,
There will be a SMRT Community Emergency Preparedness (SCEP) Programme held on the 20th of April, 2009. I have nominated all the Sec 2 cadets to go for this programme. I heard that the feedback from the students who have gone for this was quite good. To know more about the programme, maybe you can consult the Sec 3s or your CLTs who have gone for this.
Details as follows:
Venue: SMRT HQ (251, North Bridge Road)
Time: 2.30pm to 5:30pm
Attire: Officers in either CV or No.3, Cadets in Smart No.4 with jockey cap.
