Changes!

Secondary 2 cadets!:

One change I'm going to make!
I will abolish the 'rank' of cadet ICs for the sec 2s from next training onwards.
or should i say, I will treat everybody as just a normal cadet.
This is quite a sudden change so i thought i should explain myself.

Sec 2s is just a 1 year older than the sec 1s, which is not really a very
big difference. Secondary 2 is different from sec 1s in terms of
(besides the age, etc) is most importantly the exposure to leadership.
In what sense you may ask??
well.
Im going to bring up the old 'tradition' of appointing a IC for the day.
this is just something that builds up your confidence and know
abit of how things are running behind the scenes.
Those of you people who are cadet ICs, don't be sad about this.
You should feel happy that you had been identified as future leaders,
but I just feel that if you all are judged based on whether you are
cadet ICs or not when you all are only in sec 2s, will slightly,
more or less affect your P2P relationship. This will also
give other people chances to do things.
As usual, NCOs will be nominated either by the end of this year
or latest by next year. Something along that fine line, yeah?
